TOYOTETSU Die Factory is one of the 4 global tool factories of TIW group companies. The Die Factory was established in 2016 in a closed area of 2500 m² and manufactures dies for TIW group companies, Tier1 and OEM companies.

We combine our production experience of 120.000 tons parts per year at 6 Transfer and 3 Blanking press lines and engineering vision to make "perfect tools for perfect production".

We carry out all stages of die manufacturing from SE to mass production trials at home line. For the production of transfer, progressive and hot press parts, we aim to manufacture perfect tools with high efficiency to our customers.

We always follow developments in the sector up-to-date and have become specialized with innovative methods for new generation high strength steels and hot stamping press panel.
