Assembly
We perform die assembly in accordance with the design data and all of the structural qualifications are checked by our die experts. The whole control processes are followed via documentation.
Die Adjustment
It is targeted to produce part with %100 quality level via die adjustment at hydraulic and mechanical presses.
Buy-Off
The final static and dynamic controls are fulfilled with our customers at the production area. We always aim to die handover according to plan without any problem and %100 customer satisfaction.
